Project Overview
- National Conference for 250 hospital CEOs, CFOs, Medical Directors, CIOs, Procurement and Nursing personnel
- TSE handled all of the pre-program elements including web site development, online registration, print materials, hotel coordination, activity bookings and all logistical components
- TSE on-site to facilitate the daily events and activities including all transportation, meal functions including themed final night awards dinner, general session, breakouts and pre-conference workshops, airline booking and flight manifesting and all logistical components and group recreation
TSE Involvement in Program Execution
- Handled all details from pre-event planning to on-site execution to post-event reconciliation
- Provided dedicated event managers to oversee all on-site functions
